This jumping spider (Salticidae) looks a little nervous. Funny how the female never moves. He seems to get a bit irritated near the end. It was probably just a dead female spider he just tried to jump upppppon…

The Giraffe mating system is the most peculiar in all of the animal kingdom! Holy canoli!

Step one: Male giraffe approaches female, nudging the small rump on the small of her back.
Step two: she begins to urinate.
Step three: the male drinks the urine, tasting it to determine if estrus has begun. (Estrus begins when the female is ready to make the little giraffe babies)
Step four: If the male tastes yummy estrus, he makes explosion.
Step five: Baby giraffe!
